How Essence began
Essence was founded on May 28, 2023, in Davao City. Essence didn't start big right away. It started as a deeply personal desire to share a discovery that is needed by everyone. Libni's own.
After years of carrying grief, generational patterns, and a version of herself that no longer fit, she went searching for the kind of space that would hold all of her. That space didn't exist yet. So she built it.Â
Batch 1 was intimate with a group of friends, no expectations. Â
And then Batch 2 came. Then 3. Then 12. Now almost 200+ souls later, Essence has become something far bigger than one person's healing, it's a movement of people choosing to come home to themselves.
Batch 13 is taking that home to Siargao.

I know what it feels like to do everything "right" and still feel heavy. I know what it's like to read all the books, say all the affirmations, and still lie awake wondering why it doesn't go away.
That's why I didn't just study healing , I lived it. I went abroad, immersed myself in the most powerful modalities I could find, ran more 10 retreats in Australia with men, women, couples and came home with a toolbox and a calling.
I'm US Certified in Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy. I'm a Certified Quantum Healer, Breathwork and Meditation Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner. But beyond the certifications — I'm someone who made sense of her own pain, her own generational trauma, her own story, and chose to dedicate her life to helping others do the same.
