Prior experience at an Essence Retreat is not required though if you've been in the room, you already know what's possible. This training is open to anyone who genuinely feels called to this work. Showing up is the only prerequisite.

You know that feeling when you walk into a room and something shifts? The air changes. You exhale in a way you didn't know you were holding. You feel, without anyone saying a word, that you are finally, completely safe.
That is what it feels like to be in a room with Libni. And after years of people leaving her spaces saying "I have never experienced anything like that" — she built this training to answer that question.
Libni has spent over a decade going all in on the work. Five years of rigorous international training — becoming a US Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, a certified hypnotherapist, an internationally accredited breathwork and meditation facilitator, a quantum healing practitioner, a sound therapist, a Reiki practitioner, and a trauma-aware somatic facilitator. She did not sample these modalities. She devoted herself to them.

Then she took that mastery into the room. Over a hundred retreats across the Philippines, Australia, and Indonesia. Thousands of people. Corporate wellness for Makati Shangri-La. Retreats in Bali. A Women's Empowerment Summit for nearly 1000 attendees. In 2024, she stood on the stage at TEDxLanang Ave — the Philippines' largest TEDx event — and delivered her talk, "Liberation in Safe Spaces."
And then came the vision. She saw the Philippines lit up. She felt it in her body, not as an idea, but as something undeniable. A country full of people who carry so much, who have never had someone show them what it looks like to hold a genuinely safe space. And something in her said:
"I cannot keep this to myself. I cannot not share this."
So she took everything, every retreat, every session, every hard-won lesson across more than a hundred spaces in three countries, and she built one training. Because she could see what becomes possible when more people are equipped to do this work.
